As the stormy skies linger over Coalport Station, a GWR 1400 Class, 0-4-2T Collett Locomotive, number 1455, steams past on its northbound journey.


Coalport Station is now a privately owned residence which has been beautifully renovated, and the owners offer self-catering accomodation in the form of a restored railway carriage which is set within the original track bed.
