14 February - 11 July 2003: The artist painted this from sketches he made on the spot. Vehicles are bringing supplies of ammunition, fuel and rations into Camp Breadbasket on the outskirts of Basra. Captain Herbie Cameron RLC, the commander I.R.G. (Immediate Replenishment Group) has dismounted from his Land Rover at the head of the convoy. One of the oil trench fires is burning in the background.
