Bulleid's West Country pacific class No. 34092 "City of Wells" accelerates through Beckenham Junction station with the "down" "Golden Arrow" during the mid 1950's. This prestigious pullman boat train ran from London Victoria to Folkestone Harbour returning from Dover with the "up" train which was steam hauled until 1961.
